Enjoy this brief conversation between Certified Mental Performance Consultants® (CMPCs) Shameema Yousuf HCPC, MBACP, CMPC, Empower2Perform, and Robert Owens, EdD, LCMHC, CSCS, CPSS, TSAC-F, Resolute Counseling & Performance Coaching, PLLC, as they explain what it means to be culturally humble and what this might look like in your practice.
