The increasing importance of bleisure in event attendance, a winning combination. While mixing business with leisure is nothing new, the post-pandemic world of work is super-charging the attraction of bleisure destinations for event attendees. Increased Interest In Extended Stays: According to a recent report cited by TravelPerk, a business travel platform, 67 per cent of bleisure trips begin as an itinerary to take in a conference while 46 per cent start as a trip to an external meeting (Stratos).
