Enabling students to explore careers based on their skills and interests. ...What's your dream job? You decide!

About us

The ASVAB is one of the most researched and respected aptitude assessments in the world. It assesses academic ability and predicts success in a wide variety of occupations. The ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP) is a comprehensive career planning program that combines a multiple aptitude test, an interest inventory, and career planning tools -- all designed to help 10-12 grade high school and early post-secondary students find their dream jobs. When used together, these components give young people the confidence to map out a post-secondary plan that aligns with their individual skills and interests. The Department of Defense sponsors the ASVAB CEP with a two-part mission, to provide: a career exploration service to U.S. youth and qualified leads to military recruiters. The CEP is offered FREE to participating high schools as a public service.
