About us
Our Mission: - To design, develop, and deliver programs that benefit chapter members and our community-at-large. - To provide products and services which enhance members' knowledge and skills in the fields of talent development. - To be the Chattanooga area's premiere resource for best practices in learning and performance through leadership. Program Types: - Learning Events: These are typically 1- to 1.5-hour presentations taking place during monthly midday chapter meetings. There are opportunities to network built into the first part of the event, and a lunch is typically included. NOTE: Due to pandemic precautions, we are currently hosting our learning events via Zoom. - Workshops: These events are typically anywhere from several hours to one or more full days in length. Certifications and/or certificates of completion are typically offered, and the cost of these is incorporated into the cost of the event. - Networking / After Hours Events: These events are targeted toward talent development, human resources, and general business professionals in the community who find it difficult to break away midday but still want to be engaged with the chapter. These events are held in evenings or mornings to provide time for networking. - Community Service: These volunteer opportunities allow us to give back to our community while raising awareness of the chapter's existence, purpose, and goals.
