The Atlanta Apartment Association is dedicated to keeping our members informed about new and proposed laws in Metro Atlanta while fighting to protect the rights of rental property owners. Because policies of the municipalities changes so often, it is nearly impossible for property owners to keep abreast of the new laws. Governmental Affairs is one of the major keys to the success of the Atlanta Apartment Association. Even when the Georgia Legislature is not in session, our Government Affairs Team is working harder than ever for you.

Last night, AAA had the honor of celebrating just a few of the many outstanding achievements our members accomplished in 2024.
