We know our dedicated team members may not be the first to come to mind when you think about first responders in our community; but our front line works hard around the clock – responding to urgent and emergency calls and taking swift action to ensure safety. Our teams often work alongside law enforcement officers and firefighters in cases where natural gas infrastructure is compromised, or service has or could be affected by emergency circumstances. As close partners of other first responders in the community, we truly appreciate the commitment and service of all who are the first to respond in times of need. Thank you for all that you do to ensure the safety of our communities! #NationalFirstRespondersDay

Our crews are working hard across the state to assess damage to natural gas meters and underground natural gas lines. ⚠️ Remember, damaged and/or exposed gas lines can be dangerous. ☎️ Immediately leave the area and call our 24-hour emergency response number at 877.427.4321. 🌳 Please remember to contact 811 before starting ANY digging, if digging is required for any clean up and/or repairs. This also includes removing downed trees, as they can become entangled with natural gas lines. We are working safely and as fast as possible to ensure continued safe, reliable energy for our customers.
