How have the Carolina Panthers created a winning strategy? It's all about keeping the fan experience fresh, engaging, and right at their fingertips. Case in point - the 2024 Corgi Cup, a halftime spectacular brought to life with the help of thousands of fan votes submitted via Attentive SMS. Thousands of fans engaged with the live poll, with a 32% opt-in rate during the halftime show. The Panthers’ SMS program as a whole aims to offer fans exclusive offers and, best of all, more control over their in-game experience. We talked to the Panthers marketing squad about how Attentive plugs into their marketing efforts, and how they plan to continue to grow their SMS programs going into the rest of the season and beyond.
