Happy holidays from our team across the country! We came together for our virtual holiday party, which included a fun scavenger hunt, a gourmet hot chocolate demonstration, and of course some "ugly" sweaters!

This year we took a huge step forward for #AutismAtWork by launching the auticon Training Institute. While auticon employs autistic tech professionals with previous training and experience, ATI helps bridge the gap for other autistic adults who want to pursue tech careers but need help getting started. ATI provides free training, paid internships, and mentorship/networking opportunities to help autistic adults build the skills and confidence they need to land the first tech role. The first cohort of trainees has completed their training and is currently interning at Regeneron. We invite other companies to join ATI as internship partners! It's a great way to build a diverse, innovative talent pipeline while supporting career development for autistic adults. Learn more: https://buff.ly/4e59JON #Nonprofit #TechTraining #TechInternships

This year, we were proud to be part of a groundbreaking moment for employment social enterprises in California. Through the California Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise (CA RISE), we’ve had the opportunity to access essential resources and partnerships that will expand our ability to create meaningful tech careers for autistic adults across the state. Programs like CA Rise connect employment social enterprises (ESEs) to essential resources and partners, expanding opportunities for those often overlooked by traditional workforce systems. And when ESEs succeed, they create a ripple effect that benefits communities, opening doors to stability, economic mobility, and possibility! A big thank you to the Office of California Governor Gavin Newsom for approving the nation's first statewide investment in ESEs, REDF, the California Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA), and Lendistry. Together, we're building an economy that works for everyone. #CARISE #EmploymentSocialEnterprise #CommunityImpact #JobCreation

In March, we welcomed Vance Checketts as our new CEO. Since then, Vance has expanded our partnerships, educated HR & tech leaders on #NeurodiversityAtWork, led the launch of our nonprofit auticon Training Institute, and received two awards from Utah Business on behalf of auticon. Vance has also made a point of spending time with our remote teams across the country, from a painting party in Los Angeles to brunch in Salt Lake City and pizza in Columbus. We greatly value these opportunities for in-person interactions with him and our colleagues! We thank Vance for his leadership and look forward to another great year of building careers for autistic tech professionals and helping companies embrace #neuroinclusion. #Leadership #TeamBuilding #SocialImpact
