Hiring a Performance Marketing Manager for Autopilot (will have an official job posting up in the next 1-2 days once our job postings are activated on here)! *not looking to bring on any agencies - need a full time person* Location: fully on-site in Irvine, CA (no remote or hybird) Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant ad networks. - Develop and test new ad creatives (images, videos, copy) to continuously improve performance. - Conduct A/B testing for ads and content to maximize conversion rates. - Analyze performance data using analytics tools to identify trends, actionable insights, ROI, and platform performance. Must have: - 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing. - Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok Ads. - Experience managing and optimizing six-figure+ ad budgets. Nice to have: - Experience managing $100K-$500K+ monthly ad budgets. - Background in fintech, finance, or investing products or content. Tucker Carlson gave us the opportunity to share our mission, our story of getting Politicians banned from trading, and what we are trying to accomplish with the Pelosi Tracker.
