What a great week at the Avanath Capital Management, LLC annual Property Management Leadership Conference led by Carly Stevenson. I had the privilege of being a part of the team that planned this event, alongside Kelly J. Walker, and after months of hard work, it was such a joy to see it all come together! I had the opportunity to present some of our new site initiatives as well as updates regarding our Cultural Engagement Services program and our Customer Service Management Plan. To say I was in my element, is an understatement. I absolutely love planning, production, staging, learning and the chance to help facilitate an experience that brings team members from across the nation together with the common goal of knowledge sharing and growing together. I feel inspired by my colleagues and motivated to get to planning next year’s conference already!
