We’re thrilled about the opening of Hyatt Vivid Grand Island , located just south of Zona Hotelera in Cancún, Mexico, marking the debut of Hyatt Hotels Corporation latest all-inclusive brand. We’ve had the privilege of being part of the development journey for this new brand, initially collaborating with Apple Leisure Group before their acquisition by Hyatt in November 2021. As the lead F&B Strategy Consultant, we worked on developing the F&B mix at a brand and site-agnostic level, then tailored it for this inaugural property, guiding the teams through implementation. We aimed to create compelling dining destinations with a clear perspective and a focus on wellness. It’s truly exciting to contribute to the evolution of F&B standards within the all-inclusive landscape.
