Valuable insights from Adrian Cronje on embracing crises rather than avoiding them. Click on the article below to learn more!
Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner at Balentine | President of Atlanta Rotary | Author of First Generation Wealth | Chair of Wealth Management Vertical, YPO Global Financial Services Network
While it's human nature to turn away from conversation about crisis, none of us are immune to them -- and we don't have to fear them if we put them in perspective. That's the topic I wrote about recently for Fast Company Executive Board. I'm an advocate for never letting a good crisis go to waste, as Winston Churchill said, and more than that, I credit crisis for bringing out the best in our business, personally and professionally. I'll link the article in the comments below. I wish you a crisis-free holiday, and encourage you to think about how you can build growth, innovation and resilience into your crisis plans for 2025. Cheers!
