I share lots of humbling lessons of being a female nurse founder. A new one for me. When going on a TV station where they need to mic you, reconsider an outfit with no waistband. You may have to wad up your dress and clip the mic box thingy to your underwear. Having a laugh at myself before going on air definitely helped me relax and knock my 4 minutes out of the park!
