    Welch ein weihnachtliches Treiben🎁im Kulturhaus der #BASFschwarzheide, das sich in einen bunten Erlebnis-Weihnachtsmarkt verwandelt hatte. Weit mehr als 50 freiwillige Helferinnen und Helfer aus der Belegschaft bereiteten über 1.000 kleinen und großen Gästen einen unvergesslichen Tag mit vielen Mitmach-Angeboten und Leckereien. ✨ Strahlende Kinderaugen, wohin man schaute. Für die fleißigen Helfer war dies der größte Lohn. Dass sie sich ehrenamtlich so ins Zeug legten und viele eigene Ideen einbrachten, ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Bereits zum zweiten Mal wurde die Kinderweihnachtsfeier komplett von Mitarbeitenden gestaltet. Dieses große Engagement steht beispielgebend für die Unternehmenskultur am Lausitzer #BASF-Standort😄🎅🎉 #Winning Culture #teamBASF #Weihnachten #Familienzeit

    Biomethane, as a green, renewable, and clean energy source, as well as a bio-based raw material, holds immense potential in replacing fossil resources. BASF now signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shenergy Group to foster long-term collaboration in the commercialization and international certification of biomethane, promoting the development of sustainable solutions and accelerating circular economy. Shenji, a subsidiary of Shenergy will proactively undertake biomethane purification projects at livestock farms and waste disposal facilities. Meanwhile, based on the certification of biomethane projects, Shenji will work together with BASF to carry out pilot projects on the application scenarios of biomethane mass balance, and supply BASF with ISCC+ certified biomethane. The collaboration will enable us to launch more diversified and lower carbon footprint products, thereby supporting our customers in their green transformation. BASF has implemented robust decarbonization roadmaps up to 2030, based on specific technologies identified for prioritization. In addition, Henkel highlighted BASF's commitment to environmental responsibility, which we showcased by presenting various solutions for reducing process emissions. According to Henkel, BASF actively participated in Henkel’s annual Greenhouse Gas Engagement exercise with best-in-class data quality for comparability.
