Hello good people 👋 This message is primarily geared toward Security teams that happen to be using both DefectDojo and Linear, but others may be interested too. I wanted to share some open source work I'm doing at Basis Theory. We, like most of the web are standing on the shoulders of many open source giants and it's important to find opportunities to contribute back. DefectDojo has JIRA integration out of the box, but that's all it supports for issue tracking. That's where this story begins. This week I posted an initial PR that implements integration with Linear to be able to push bugs from DefectDojo and create Linear issues for dev teams to track: https://lnkd.in/g8mg-z4e If this is relevant to your interests, I would be grateful for any feedback on the change. We've been using this integration at Basis Theory for a few weeks and it's working great. I'm looking for collaborators, so finding even one or two interested parties would be really helpful in getting this code merged upstream. I appreciate the time and attention! 🙏
