Here is a project our counselor, Sara, and her client worked on during her counseling. From hurtful words, being stereotyped, and being categorized into feeling trapped and caged to a masterpiece of resilience. They turned what was broken into beauty, proving that healing and empowerment can rise from the pieces. Every fragment tells a story of strength. After painting, she added her handprint to symbolize taking HER POWER BACK over her life.
