Today we celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Not only should we share his message as far and loud as we can, but we must also live out his words. Let us continue to honor his legacy with action - as individuals and as a community. Image: Rev. Bayview’s commitment to healthy aging is evident in our partnership with Byrony Treser, PT, DPT, and her company, Revolution Wellness and Therapy, an outpatient clinic operating on Bayview’s campus. Byrony is a physical therapist with over 12 years of experience specializing in geriatric health. Nancy, CEO, asked Byrony to shed light on the innovative methodology that she and her team bring to the Bayview community: https://lnkd.in/gnKRWEKh [Image: Byrony and Resident Marianne in our 56’ Heated Saltwater Therapy Pool]

We are so grateful for the overwhelming generosity of our wonderful residents this holiday season! The Employee Holiday Fund, a cherished tradition, allows residents to come together and show their heartfelt appreciation for the incredible dedication and hard work of our employees below the manager/director level. Your kindness has made this season truly unforgettable for our amazing staff!

It’s not everyday our community gets to celebrate the birthday of an extraordinary centenarian. Happy 100th Birthday, Jan! Your 100th birthday illuminates more than a number. You are an inspiration to us all for a life lived well and a life lived with dignity and grace. Thank you for sharing this moment with us. Can you send some love to Jan and give Jan 100 ‘likes’ or shares? 🧡 #happy100thbirthday (Image Bayview resident Jan with two daughters June and Jan)

Each year Bayview recognizes employees who have hit their milestone years of service - 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years. This year 12 employees were celebrated with a special luncheon on our 10th Floor Cloud Room and recognized at our monthly town hall. Thank you to all of our employees for their unending commitment. Bayview has been in existence since 1961 and we are no strangers to the necessity of change, growth, and innovation. We are currently in the middle of a building-wide window and deck enhancement project that will bring new energy-saving benefits. Here is a glimpse of our brand new windows. Photos were taken in the same exact spot in front of the 130-year-old black maple tree. (Left image: 1961 and right image: today)
