Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a #mentalhealth condition that often develops after an individual experiences and/or witnesses a traumatic event. Children dealing with trauma are likely to have learning issues, sub-par interpersonal skills, and may lack the ability to function to their full potential in normal environments. For many children, this type of stress interferes with their life and how they interact with the world around them. #ABAtherapy can often help individuals with #PTSD by helping them better cope in stressful environments – teaching them methods by which they can better communicate and articulate themselves.
