About us
Our journey began with a 15-gallon soup kettle, a quest for better beer, and countless batches of homebrew. The passion and personality that began Bell’s continue today through our breweries and Eccentric Café. We continue to grow and evolve, dedicated to our mission; to be deeply rooted in our community, committed to the environment, and brewers of Inspired Beer. While Bell’s remains independent in many ways, we joined forces with New Belgium Brewing in early 2022.

That’s a wrap on our annual Hop Harvest! 🌾💚 Our three-acre Comstock hop yard is small, but mighty. Harvesting is no small feat; we’d like to extend gratitude to everyone who contributed to another successful harvest! Same place again next year? 🫶🍺 Kalamazoo locals can now pick up a 6-pack of Sideyard New England IPA at our General Store, with the release of Sideyard Midwest IPA to follow later this month. Cheers!

Here are a few reasons 👇 ⭐ Cans are more environmentally-friendly ⭐ Cans can be used for a wider range of occasions, particularly outdoors 🏕️🏔️ ⭐ We get more requests for cans from customers and retailers every year, and we wanna give the people what they want! 💪🍺 To make this happen, we recently added a new can line. It's pretty exciting stuff – for us, at least! Shout out to the new can line and the people who run it on the daily.
