To conclude the year in the most inspiring way, we’re honored to spotlight our final event of the year—the Inspiring Women of the Year Award 2024, celebrated on December 7 at the iconic France-Amériques in Paris. 🔥 Carine Kanimba 🔥 this year’s honoree, is a resilient survivor of Rwanda’s 1994 genocide and the daughter of Paul Rusesabagina—renowned for saving 1,200 lives during the conflict. In response to her father’s unjust imprisonment in 2020, Carine and her family launched the groundbreaking #FreeRusesabagina campaign, leading to his release in 2023 after two and a half harrowing years in prison. 👏. This award by AGL embodies the following core values : #courage, #resilience, and a commitment to creating a #BetterFuture. 💪. Carine bravery transcends personal battles. In 2021, Carine fearlessly testified before the U.S. Congress and the European Parliament, exposing her experience with spyware surveillance.
