Great way to start the day !

Yesterday, along with New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), we broke ground and commenced work on an extensive rehabilitation at the West Brighton I and II residences on Staten Island’s North Shore. This marked NYCHA’s first PACT on Staten Island, and we are so happy to be a part of this, along with our partners CB-Emmanuel Realty, LLC, Catholic Homes New York, Pinnacle City Living. The $332 million rehabilitation will provide comprehensive renovations for over 1,300 residents, as well a new senior center. We are deeply committed to improving the lives of Staten Islanders and with our strong ties to the North Shore community. It is wonderful to see how this incredible project can make a significant impact on individuals’ lives. Thanks to Mayor Eric Adams, Deputy Mayor Maria Torres-Springer, New York State Senator Jessica Scarcella-Spanton, New York State Assemblyman Charles D. Fall, Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis, New York City Councilmember Kamilla Hanks, Michael E. McMahon, Office of the Richmond County District Attorney, Wells Fargo, and countless other people that worked on this deal from the legal, planning, and design side of the project, but especially to the members of the West Brighton community.

Tonight we're hosting our 10th Town Hall meeting at Staten Island's West Brighton Houses. We're very close to closing on the property and will begin to fully manage the property mid-summer!

We held our second day of community gardening on Saturday in Buffalo. Looking good! Again, we thank Sashti and his team from WeRadiate for their support in bringing this activity to our McCarley Gardens residents.

Our entire team at BFC PARTNERS are humbled and also thrilled to have received this years Selfhelp Community Services Lifeline of hope award at this years gala 💙💫. Cheers to our amazing and selfless partner, that truly dedicates endless hours to improving the lives of our vulnerable seniors. Proud to have partnered with incredible people.

We organized a job fair for Staten Island's West Brighton Houses residents on May 28th. The event was well attended, Recruiters found good candidates for their job opportunities.
