He looks for ways to make a personal connection with every guest, whether it’s engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone or by email. He approaches his daily duties with his whole heart and a positive attitude that is infectious and boosts team morale. Will is now looked to as a steady source of knowledge and support. He encourages quality service by not only modeling excellence to his colleagues but also through his assistance with training new Hub team members. He is never idle while working and never hesitates to ask his colleagues throughout the day if he can help them with anything.
