Attorney Jeff Blackwell founded the firm in 2016 after spending two decades with prominent trial firms in both Birmingham and Huntsville. The law firm handles personal injury and workers’ compensation cases across Alabama. The firm also represents Alabama consumers injured by defective products, dangerous medical devices and bad drugs. We have aggressively pursued cases in counties throughout Alabama as well as Federal Court. We have real trial experience in both State and Federal courts.
