A look back at one of our favorite and most challenging custom home project sites! Perched on a steep hillside in Magnolia is this custom luxury home built by the Blox team. At Blox, we're always up to the challenge! This project involved fitting a new home on the existing footprint that was grandfathered in. Working with the extremely steep slope on the site proved complicated and challenging, but the end results are beautiful and the client is thrilled with their new custom home. Designed by Geise Architecture and Soleil By Design, the home features a warm traditional interior design style and sweeping Puget Sound views.
