Blue Gypsy Inc is an Online Sales Training and Consulting business for new home builders, developers, brokers and real estate professionals. We do full scale analysis of your online lead generation and management efforts and help you improve your online sales program. We can help you hire and train an online sales counselor to be the first, fast point of contact for your website, and utilize a process to manage your leads, set appointments, and assist with sales. We can also help you assess current online sales programs to help improve them, grow your team, or help you set up an online sales program from scratch. Our goal is to help new home builders integrate a strong online sale program into the company culture to gain more ROI on your marketing dollars, and work with the sales team for higher lead conversion. The online sales department is the crossroads of your marketing and sales programs. It's no longer whether or not you have OSCs and online sales, but how you are going to maximize the program by providing the right strategy, support, training, and resources.
