Meet the newest member of Blue Rise based out of Dallas, Tom Stewart! As Vice President, Tom will oversee acquisitions and asset management in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, furthering BRV’s commitment to strategic investments in advanced manufacturing and industrial assets in Texas. Prior to joining Blue Rise, Tom spent 3 years at Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, where he worked on more than 100 debt and equity transactions totaling $5 billion across all asset types. As a Dallas native, Tom is our local expert on the ground, bringing a wealth of experience and market knowledge. His background makes him an invaluable asset to our growing team. Welcome, Tom!
