We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a young adult receiving a Community Living Waiver in Allentown, PA. 🔹 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 24 to 40 hours per week (depending on day program participation) 🔹 Duties Include: ✅ Providing behavioral, safety, daily living, and social support ✅ Assisting with community outings and engagement ✅ Ensuring safety and supervision (flight risk awareness) ✅ Training provided for seizure management (VNS support) 💡 Ideal Candidates: ✔ Experience with individuals with behavioral needs ✔ Patient, reliable, and attentive to safety ✔ Comfortable with redirection and mobility assistance 📍 One parent will always be home for additional support. 📩 Interested?
