Our observation area is taking shape. With the concrete now poured and shaded seating being installed, we’re seeing our vision come to life, thanks to our dedicated construction team. Soon, this space will be ready for the community to enjoy a unique aviation experience. Stay tuned as we approach the final stages of construction!

As we celebrate Aviation History Month, we’re revisiting the Boca Raton Airport Authority’s nearly 100-year history with a look at defining moments across the decades. From our start in the early 1940s, transformations in the late 40s, growth in the 80s, and advancements in the 2000s, each era reflects our evolving role and commitment to aviation. These milestones capture our journey and set the stage for a dynamic future, building on a legacy of service and innovation.

We spent the morning earlier this week in great company with Chief Michele Miuccio, discussing the meaningful work taking place across our city and connecting with community partners. The insights shared reinforced our mission of collaboration and community building. A big thank you to all involved for their commitment to fostering a positive impact.

A knowledgeable and trained team is our strongest asset in ensuring a safe workplace. Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent fire extinguisher training, which was led by Boca Raton Fire Rescue.
