BYP's mission is to develop and retain a talented workforce by connecting, empowering and engaging young professionals in our community. With a membership of over 1,300 young professionals representing over 300 companies across the Treasure Valley, BYP is the largest network of its kind in Idaho. Our organization is run by three staff members, a 25 person leadership team, five work teams, and dozens of volunteers. BYP is a program of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce.
