    As we enter 2025, here are the top 10 themes we are very tracking at BoldCap: 1. Specialist agents vs generalists will continue to gain momentum for knowledge work. This is not because of just current model accuracies; it is because knowledge workers will look for specific capabilities (for ex:ChatGPT search prompt sizes are 3X larger than on Google).   2. ⁠Most knowledge workers will have a digital twin at 20% of their cost (could be a mix of tools to achieve a near digital twin with today's model accuracies). Digital workers will now be a cost item in every P&L at every F500 company by 2030. 3. ⁠Most business process automation work will be driven by autonomous agents by 2030. Most BPA is currently human in the loop, this would slowly give way to autonomous agents.   4. ⁠Vertical AI platforms will win over horizontal AI tools as they will give full stack solutions that does everything. Unlike last decade where VSaaS companies won due to deeper workflows, this decade it would be about highly personalized customer experiences as workflows will be table stakes. Outside of tooling budgets, VSaaS companies will also go after the human back office budgets in these verticals. 5. ⁠On-Device LLMs will be the next big things consumer experience after chatgpt by 2030. Most smart devices will become intelligent systems that can do more than before and drive powerful consumer experiences. 6. ⁠There will be a new ecosystem of software tools built on newer search engines/ agentic search experiences and more. For the first time 'search' would take centre stage in both B2B/B2C products and customer experiences. 7. ⁠AI in domains related to National Interest + Security will grow fast (Defense tech/agritech/clean water/security) 9. B2B AI products for SMB/Mid/Enterprise companies are getting reimagined with a focus on outcomes for customers vs DIY -> The decade of rebirth of Slack, Salesforce, Netsuite is here. 10.
