BOMA International would like to introduce Sierra Seale as our first Emerging Professional of the Month! 🏢👩💼💼 With memories of tagging along to properties her father managed, Sierra was inspired at a young age to pursue a career in commercial real estate where she could mix problem-solving with building relationships to manage and grow properties. Since then, Sierra has become a property manager at Avison Young and has been part of BOMA Greater Dallas and BOMA International for the past three years. She has taken on leadership roles like chairing the BOMA Greater Dallas Trade Show Committee and the International Emerging Professionals Committee, while also contributing to other committees and task forces at both the local and international levels. “These experiences have connected me with industry leaders across different real estate markets—both seasoned and emerging professionals, sharpened my leadership skills, and kept me up-to-date with various market trends!” says Sierra.
