BOND Civil & Utility is thrilled to announce the promotion of David L. to Director of Construction!   David joined BOND in 2019 as a Project Executive in New York, bringing exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills honed in part during his time in the United States Marine Corps. His professionalism and talent for fostering collaboration have been vital to our success.   “David’s leadership and strategic approach have been key to the growth of our New York operations,” says Kane Cuddy, President of BOND Civil & Utility Construction. “His expertise in critical infrastructure and dedication to teamwork position him perfectly to drive our continued success in the NY/NJ regions.”   In his new role, David will lead a large, high-performing management team and oversee a diverse portfolio of critical infrastructure projects across the gas, electric, and transit sectors for public and private clients.   A proud father of three with deep ties to the Hudson Valley, David has over 25 years of experience contributing to the growth of the metropolitan New York area.    Join us in congratulating David on this well-earned promotion and celebrating his continued success at BOND!

As he celebrates 10 years of service and excellence with BOND Civil & Utility, we’re proud to announce the promotion of Daniel Foppiano to Senior Vice President of New York and New Jersey! In his new role, Dan will focus on expanding our geographical reach and market sectors while driving the company’s growth and profitability. He will also mentor the next generation of leaders within the organization and continue to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and vendors. “Dan has been a driving force behind the growth and success of our New York business portfolio over the past several years,” said Kane Cuddy, President of BOND Civil & Utility Construction. “His passion for his work and his team makes him the perfect choice to lead our continued expansion in the New York and New Jersey regions. We’re excited to see the impact he will continue to make as he guides BOND Civil & Utility to even greater achievements.” As a lifelong New Yorker, Dan has spent his career working on infrastructure projects across the region. We’re proud to announce that the Sudbury to Hudson Transmission Reliability Project is now fully energized, marking the completion of Eversource Energy’s Greater Boston and New Hampshire Solution, in partnership with National Grid. This critical project strengthens grid reliability, enhances climate resilience, and supports the transition to renewable energy and electrification.
