Please welcome our new senior members to Bondway:
Christopher Floyd, CFA: As Head of Institutional Sales, Chris will lead Bondway’s sales effort to buyside and sell side institutions. Chris brings 30 years of experience in fixed income sales and trading, including as Managing Director and Co-Head of IG Sales and Trading at Wells Fargo. At Wells Fargo, Chris helped grow their sales and trading business to a top-tier investment grade franchise, while developing close relationships with a large part of the buy side universe of investors. He has also served as an executive and credit sales leader at Morgan Stanley, SMBC, and Fifth Third Securities. Chris also served as President of Elefant Markets, a capital markets fintech electronic broker dealer which was sold to Exos Financial. Prior to Wall Street, Chris spent four years as an intelligence officer in the United States Army. He is a combat veteran of the first Gulf War, Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
Brad Visokey: As Bondway’s Head of Business Development, Brad has a wide mandate across sales, product design, marketing, and customer experience, and is passionate about delivering solutions to our clients across the buyside and sellside trading landscape. Brad brings over 20 years of bond trading experience, across multiple firms on both the buyside and sellside. Most recently, Brad traded investment grade credit at Onex Credit, and has also worked as a trader/PM/asset manager at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors, Global Credit Advisers, and BlueCrest Capital Management. Brad has also worked as a sell-side market maker for Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and RBS. Brad graduated from Georgetown, got his MBA at NYU Stern School of Business, and got a Masters in Sustainability Studies from Columbia University.
John Jones: As Senior Software Engineer, John is a senior technology leader who will significantly expand our technical powerhouse, and will be our fourth full-time engineer dedicated to building, improving, and maintaining Bondway. John joins us from Capital One, where most recently he served as Senior Manager, Software Engineering, Digital Commerce & Innovation. Prior to Capital One, John worked at The Case Foundation and Adfero, and studied computer science at Dickinson College.
