We can’t believe it’s been 8 amazing years since Seth W. joined our team! Please join us in congratulating him on this milestone. As one of our Online Sales Specialists (and a licensed real estate pro), Seth is often the friendly voice answering calls, setting appointments, and supporting prospects and realtors. He also keeps all of our for-sale listings running smoothly. Of all his work at Boulder Creek, he feels most accomplished after seeing a community go from dirt to a finished community full of new homeowners. He follows the motto of “love what you do at work and home,” and loves spending time with his wife and three kids outside, whether that’s camping, hiking, or fishing. We’re so thankful to have Seth on our team and couldn’t be more grateful for the knowledge, problem solving skills, and endless dad jokes he brings to the table. Congrats on 8 years, Seth—here’s to many more years ahead!

This week marks one year since Hanna joined the Boulder Creek team, and we couldn’t be more grateful for all the talent that she’s brought with her! Please join us in celebrating! You can usually find her at our front desk, assisting visitors and every one of our departments. Hanna’s a true team player, stepping in and expanding her role to asset and property management, internal communications, and production. When she’s not helping her team, you can find her rock climbing with her husband, learning to snowboard, crocheting thoughtful gifts, or spending time with her pup, Gracie (or “Nola Grace” when she’s up to no good). Her motto in life? A little magic from Dumbledore: “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” Her dedication and initiative truly inspire us daily.
