Amanda joined Bridge Property Management in 2023 and has since played a pivotal role in building high-performing demand generation, optimizing advertising strategies, and enhancing community visibility. Her leadership has driven the success of numerous lease-ups, stabilized properties, and new development projects. Known for her collaborative approach, Amanda fosters a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence within her role. In her new role as Vice President of Demand Generation and Brand, Amanda will oversee lead generation, property, and corporate brand, driving innovation and aligning marketing strategies with business goals. We are excited to announce and congratulate Ashley Victory as our newest Vice President! Ashley has been active in the Multifamily Industry since 2004, originally starting with Equity Residential in Nashville, TN. She started in leasing and quickly moved into management roles. She has overseen the operations of various product types, asset classes, and sizes within a wide range of markets. She joined the Bridge Property Management team six years ago as a Regional Manager based in Nashville, TN overseeing the Tennessee, Illinois, Minnesota, and Missouri markets. She has been the recipient of several awards during her time with Bridge Property Management, including the Bridge Award. She has worked through many acquisitions, dispositions, and has helped with troubled assets within BPM. She has created a culture within her portfolio of accountability, excellence, and dedicated service. We are excited to announce and congratulate Sarah Stewart on her recent promotion as our newest Regional Manager in the Orlando/Jacksonville Market in Florida! Sarah started in our industry in 2013 and joined Bridge Property Management in 2021. She was instrumental in our hotel conversion and lease up of Lenox Cove in Jacksonville, Florida. She originally joined Bridge Property Management in Vancouver, Washington in 2014 and later moved to Arizona to manage one of our new developments. We are excited to announce and congratulate Alex Colasuonno as our newest Vice President in Florida at Bridge Property Management! Alex joined Bridge in 2017 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager in 2019. Alex brings over 20 years of property management experience, has a proven track record of putting together goal-driven teams and assets that excel in their submarkets, and is a talented leader. Alex received her CAM in 2021; she is now a CAM instructor, sits on many boards with the local apartment association, and has led several volunteering programs for Bridge. In 2021, Alex was recognized as a Big Star with Bridge Investment Group, 2022 Bridge Regional Manager of the Year, and AAGO Regional Manager of the Year. Congratulations Alex!
