About us
BridgeInvest is a vertically integrated asset manager and lender focused on structuring and investing in a diversified portfolio of short-term, senior secured loans collateralized by commercial real estate assets across the United States. The firm was established in 2011 to take advantage of inefficiencies in the real estate lending industry and provide financing for properties with limited or no cash flow by offering more flexible terms and efficient execution versus traditional lenders. To date, BridgeInvest has invested approximately $1.7 billion across more than 130 senior-secured loans.
