Prior to joining Broadtree, Elliot was part of Ascend Capital Group in Washington, DC, and Forvis Capital Advisors in Denver, where he excelled in buy-side and sell-side transactions for the middle and lower-middle market. His background spans sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, particularly in the business services and software sectors. A Virginia native, Elliot holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Old Dominion University and now calls Charlotte, NC, home.
