Pre-Digital Phone Line (PDPL) sales window has been extended to the end of August 2025. 🗓️ This gives our Wholesale customers, a further five months over the previous deadline to to finalise and submit their PDPL orders. August 31st now becomes the final day that BT Business will consider taking an order for the solution. The intent is to support the telecoms industry and wholesale customers through this migration process to PDPL.
