I’m excited to share that I’ve been appointed as Senior Fellow with the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University 🎉 Alongside other amazing new Senior Fellows, I’ll be collaborating with the Center on various projects, bringing diverse expertise to improve outcomes for children facing adversity. I am eager to grow my passion for developmental and community psychology while continuing to contribute my expertise (and uplifting that of others 👩🏽🏫💪🏾) concerning the social, cognitive, and language development of racially and linguistically marginalized children. This 🤩 amazing 🤩 opportunity allows me to further apply my research in ways that will make a meaningful impact on the lives of marginalized children. Along with Center on the Ecology of Early Development and others, the Center on the Developing Child and I are making a significant contribution to the field, shaping policies and practices that support the development and well-being of children! I am so excited to share more in the months ahead as we work together toward our shared vision of using science to drive innovation in early childhood policy and practice. Stay tuned! 🥳 #EarlyChildhood #ChildDevelopment #CommunityPsychology #CARE #EducationForAll #RacialEquity #LinguisticDiversity #MarginalizedChildren #Harvard #PolicyImpact #InclusiveEducation #EarlyLearning #SocialJustice #ResearchToPolicy #Psychology #PositiveChange #FutureGenerations
