Great to see this FHWA funding beginning to flow to US State DOT’s, and then to asphalt and concrete manufacturers to support their EPD generation! https://lnkd.in/gNfRWtJ9 “Caltrans is pleased to announce our participation in the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Climate Challenge. We have developed a program to support the development of environmental product declarations (EPDs) in the asphalt and concrete industries by reimbursing some of the costs it takes to develop EPDs on mixtures used on Caltrans projects. Each supplier will be eligible for a maximum reimbursement of $4,500 per plant/per EPD Each company will be eligible a total reimbursement cap of $18,000 until the end of the program on April 1, 2026 Reimbursement request package must be submitted by January 30, 2026”
