I've been reflecting a lot on what matters to me lately, both personally and professionally. And being authentic keeps on rising to the surface, in terms of the culture I think we've built at Building Transparency, and the traits that I look for in those I surround myself with. I decided to put my thoughts down on paper, around what I believe being authentic truly means, and the quiet power it has when one brings it in to how they approach their work. #authenticity #collectiveimpact #harmony #worklifebalance #positiveimpact #professionaljourney
