We are very excited to share a new commercial partnership in Brazil that will start an operation using B100 biofuel. The trucks, which are part of the Martelli Transportes fleet, were purchased from Grupo Volvo no Brasil. The fleet is fueled by 100% renewable biofuel, made from soybean oil, produced by Bunge at our plant in Nova Mutum. The trucks are exclusively dedicated to our operations in the region. According to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), B100 emits around 99% less CO2 than diesel. Initiatives like this are aligned with our science-based targets for reducing emissions and have high potential for adding value in the chain. Learn more at: https://lnkd.in/dKVmVjK4 (in Portuguese)

Today we announced Bunge’s fourth quarter and full-year 2024 performance results. Here are the highlights from my comments on today’s investor call: - Our team made good progress on several significant growth projects, building an even stronger Bunge. - We continued to work hard on the integration planning for our announced combination with Viterra and we expect to close the transaction soon. - We made productivity improvements from our investments in the business while returning significant capital to shareholders. - We took meaningful steps in sustainability when we became the first global commodity exporter capable of 100% traceability and monitoring of both our direct and indirect soy purchases in Brazil’s priority regions. As we think about our business in 2025 and beyond, regardless of how the macro environment evolves, we are confident that our team has the experience, skills and agility to navigate the changes and drive performance. After the close of the Viterra combination, we will be an even stronger Bunge, with further diversification across assets, geographies and crops, providing us with even more capabilities and optionality to help address the world’s food security needs. #ProudToBeBunge
