2024: A Year of Growth, Progress, and Possibilities In a year defined by change, one thing remained constant: our team’s commitment to growth, continuous improvement, and creating value for our colleagues, partners, customers, and communities. Every day, we prioritized safety and quality—ensuring the well-being of our colleagues and delivering products that our customers trust. Across facilities large and small, teams went the extra mile, sharing best practices and raising the bar for excellence. We set production records and continued our investments in state-of-the-art facilities in India, Europe, and the U.S. This year, our team worked tirelessly to meet today’s needs while building for tomorrow. Through initiatives like our regenerative agriculture program and partnerships for renewable fuels, we took meaningful steps to build a stronger, lower-carbon future. Our customers at both ends of the value chain are critical to this progress, and we remain committed to working together to deliver solutions that help fight food insecurity and create a more sustainable future. We also took important steps toward improving the global agricultural supply chain with planning for our announced merger with Viterra. Our teams worked diligently to ensure a successful integration, mapping processes and systems to bring these two organizations together in a way that drives value for all stakeholders. None of this would have been possible without our exceptional team, the trust of our customers, and the support of our partners around the world. Together, we achieved more than we could have imagined, and we are well-positioned to continue driving growth and progress in the year ahead. Thank you for your partnership, collaboration, and belief in what we can achieve. Here’s to an even brighter and more impactful 2025. #ProudToBeBunge

December 10th commemorates the day in 1948 when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This year’s Human Rights Day theme is “Our Rights, Our Future, Right Now,” and the anniversary is an opportunity to focus on the important role human rights plays in in our lives each day. At Bunge, our aim is to continually work to integrate and demonstrate respect for human rights in our operations. We do this work with the belief we can play a positive role in advancing the well-being of employees, customers, people working in our supply chains and in the communities where we operate.

We are very pleased to announce Bunge is the first global commodity exporter to achieve 100% traceability and monitoring of its indirect soybean purchases in priority regions in Brazil - replicating the success achieved with our direct purchases in 2020. This was accomplished thanks to Bunge’s Sustainable Partnership, a program that fosters socio-environmental governance in the soy value chain, and since 2021 shares knowledge, methodologies and tools with cooperatives and grain resellers to support them in structuring their own traceability, monitoring and supplier verification systems. "With the success of the program, we agreed with our technology partner Vega Monitoramento to make the tool available to other companies in the sector, so that they can also have their indirect supply chains tracked and monitored. We believe in the power of collaboration and reiterate our commitment to continue to promote advanced sustainability standards and approaches in our sector," says Rossano de Angelis Junior, Bunge's Vice President of Agribusiness in South America.
