Last week, Assistant Secretary Matt Axelrod spoke at the Atlantic Council & Atlantik-Brücke’s Transatlantic Forum on GeoEconomics with Kimberly Donovan (Atlantic Council), FinCEN Director Andrea Gacki and David Reed, Director for Sanctions at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (UK). They discussed the roles and responsibilities of governments, industry, and the financial sector in protecting sensitive technology.
