Last year, I wrote a post highlighting our amazing international team in Moldova and the mission we embraced to support the incredible women of the country. Our team leader, Marina Morari Grierson, had the privilege of visiting Moldova to celebrate their hard work with a special dinner—26 people at that time, which already felt like a big group. Fast forward to today, and I'm thrilled to share that our international team has experienced phenomenal growth! This morning, Marina returned to celebrate once again, but this year we couldn’t simply gather in a restaurant. Instead, we had to rent a ballroom—a wedding venue, no less! Over the past year, our international team has grown from 26 to nearly 200 members—a 600% increase in one year! These incredible individuals are hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about BVIRAL. They have amazing families, they love what they do, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without them. I personally feed off their energy. Due to our international team's expansion into multiple regions and countries, only half of our global workforce was able to attend today's event. But as you can see from the pictures and videos, it was still a massive turnout, and everyone had a fantastic time. I was honored to speak to the team over video, and I hope that someday, I’ll have the privilege of attending this celebration in person. I’m deeply grateful for my entire team—both internationally and in the U.S. Today, I want to give special thanks to Marina and Varvara, who work tirelessly to manage our entire international licensing team. Days like today feel surreal. I often reflect on the journey—through the ups, downs, and countless challenges. We never quit, learn from our mistakes, and always lean on our fellow teammates.
