Jens Feddern and me we had the honor to share our key-learnings also with the #TeamSiemens Switzerland Board. And since I’m a strong believer in sharing is caring I also would like to share our key-takeaways: 👉 It’s all about people: You need the right people that are committed and highly motivated to try new things out!  #growthmindset 👉 Agile mindset: Don’t waste too much time in creating long concepts. Create a frame & storyline and define the path & timeline to try it out instead of discussing too much in advance 👉 Continuous Improvement: Based on this frame and storyline, get feedback from your stakeholders and improve continuously – it’s a journey! 👉 Empowerment: And to get there, you need empowered people – give also the possibility to try new things out and to do also mistakes #failureculture   And now I'm curious: What are your success factors to a powerful ecosystem?
