Today, Jason Sandlin, MBA and Molly Sandlin had the privilege of visiting the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas and touring their incredible facility. The impact this organization has on families during some of their most difficult times is truly inspiring. A few weeks ago, CAET Construction proudly completed our latest McDonald's new build in Garland, TX. As part of the Grand Opening celebration, we pledged to match every dollar-for-dollar sale to support the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. Today, we are thrilled to fulfill that promise by presenting them with a $5,000 check. This donation is a reflection of our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve and supporting causes that make a real difference. Thank you to the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas for the amazing work you do, and thank you to our team and community for making this possible. Together, we are building more than just restaurants—we’re building hope.

It’s a beautiful day in North Texas. The sun is shiny, slab was just poured on a new project, and we celebrated a Grand Opening at a new restaurant we finished earlier this year. What a great way to kick off a weekend!!

Another car vs. restaurant situation for one of our clients. Fortunately no one was hurt but the building had some structural damage. We worked quickly with engineers and the city to get approved repairs designed and completed. Thank you for all who contributed to this project!

Pictures of a recent urgent repair request from a client. A car plowed into the drive thru window. We reframed the walls, replaced the drive thru window and added a next exterior finish to get this store up and running again. Great job team!

College of Business Alum Molly Sandlin and her husband Jason Sandlin of CAET Project Management Consultants, LLC and CAET Construction have endowed a scholarship in the UTA College of Business. The Jason and Molly Sandlin Endowed Fund will provide scholarships to undergraduate students majoring in the College of Business who have a financial need. Here are a couple of remodels completed in the last couple of months.

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity and privilege to work with Enterprise to remodel and refresh one of the rental locations in Dallas. It was completed just in time for all the customers coming in to see the 2024 Solar Eclispe!

Check out this transformation of the customer service and dining area at this Mesquite McDonald's. It is such a privilege to work with McDonald’s and the owner / operators.
