  • Greetings ITS members and Cal Poly IT Alumni! In the past quarter, we have been doing numerous activities inside the class and out. Meetings have been very productive and insightful for members looking for internships or learning about the professions of our hardworking guest speakers. We truly appreciate the assistance and look forward to furthering our knowledge within the field. Some special companies we had were VSCO, Stryker, and Gore. We would like to thank all the companies below for their involvement so far. Outside of the classroom, a few members attended ITP 409's visit to Firestone Walker Brewing Company. While at the brewery, they witnessed the manufacturing process for a few of their products. This was a great experience to go to the source of product lines to see how it all works. We are also looking forward to this spring when we are attending the May exhibition for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). At AME, students go to network and gain insight into the different methods of leading projects. We are looking forward to the coming quarters and exciting events up next!
