Katie Stein - CEO at IGT solutions, spoke to us at Calfus. It was an evening that served up the best in thought leadership!💡 Katie spoke to us about her journey which reflects the fact that with ambition, hard work and self belief, one can break all ceilings and including the proverbial glass ceiling, which she has so successfully broken. In her address, she also gave us an expansive view of what diversity and inclusion is all about. The point she made about building and rebuilding organizations with having a clinical observation of talent fit was stuff that makes for a master class.
