Our web-based app uses AI-driven algorithms to objectively assess users’ speech, then recommends engaging micro-lessons to help them improve, as well as allowing users to provide instant one-click feedback for peers and coworkers. Despite it being repeatedly shown that soft skills are not only necessary, but also highly valued by managers and recruiters, 89% of executives still say that it is hard to find employees that possess them. While many learning programs promise vague self-improvement outcomes, Calibri uses proven behavioral science, objective and subjective feedback, and customized learning plans to create measurable results.
