Great night for the State Center Community college District police department. Annual department inspection, photo and then a new tradition, annual awards ceremony. Three life saving awards, four Certifictaes of Merit, Officer and dispatcher of the Year and best Class A uniform with best dressed officer. Great night and well attended.

Thank you so much to the CCUPCA for having me come and share my presentation with a room full of incredible leaders and professionals! Truly humbled to close out day one of the POST Executive Seminar, ending with a standing ovation by over 20 police chiefs wouldn’t have been on my bingo card two years ago, but I am so thankful to share this room with all of you! Sharing my story of mental health, the aftermath, and valuable insights into advocating for your personnel and department will always be my priority, and I am so appreciative. Hope to come and share with your agency and personnel soon! New Jersey, you’re up! ❤️
